Saints stay undefeated with 4-0 week

It wasn’t easy, but the KMS softball team stayed undefeated for the season with a pair of doubleheader sweeps last week over Lac qui Parle (13-1 and 8-7) and MACCRAY (8-7 and 11-1).
The Saints had to rally for the 8-7 victory over LQP that took nine innings, and KMS also earned an 8-7 win over MACCRAY, Thursday after the Wolverines had rallied from an 8-0 deficit.
KMS, 11-0 overall and 10-0 in the conference, still has not lost a regular-season or Camden Conference game for five-plus seasons.  See Speaking of Sports for more info about the long streak.  This week, KMS was set to play a doubleheader at Dawson-Boyd, Tuesday (yesterday) before traveling to Willmar for a game, Thursday (tomorrow).
