THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the above named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action calls into question real estate lying within Swift County, Minnesota, more particularly described as follows:
Lot Six (6), Section Nine (9), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-nine (39), EXCEPT the following described tracts of land:
That part of Lot Six (6), described as follows:  Beginning at a point 32 chains West of the Northeast corner of Section Sixteen (16), in Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-nine (39), thence West 14 chains, thence North 38 degrees West, 3 chains, thence East 3 degrees North, 7.37 chains, thence East 20 degrees, North, 5.54 chains, thence South 36 degrees East, 5.64 chains to the place of beginning, containing 4.30 acres, more or less; AND EXCEPT
That part of Government Lot Five (5) and Government Lot Six (6) of Section Nine (9) in Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-nine (39), described as follows:  Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section Nine (9); thence North 90º 00’ 00” West, assumed bearing along the South line of said Government Lot Six (6), a distance of 645.00 feet; thence North 00º 00’ 00” West a distance of 888.75 feet; thence North 84º 56’ 47” West a distance of 1660.60 feet; thence North 00º 56’ 56” East a distance of 353.54 feet to an existing meander corner; thence continuing North 00º 56’ 56” East to the shoreline of Lake Hassel; thence in an Easterly direction along the shoreline of said Lake Hassel to the Easterly line of said Section Nine (9); thence Southerly along the said Easterly line of said Section Nine (9) a distance of 720 feet more or less to the point of beginning.  Said tract contains 31.7 acres more or less.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiff, Breen Property, LLC, is the owner in fee of the above-described real estate and that said Defendants, and each of them, have no estate or interest in or lien thereon, and no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against the Defendants in this action, or any of them.
