NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  John Reardon, 9425 E. Parkside Dr., Sun Lakes, AZ  85248 (Owner) and Pheasants Forever, Inc., 1783 Buerkle Circle, St. Paul, MN 55110 (Purchaser)
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit application for the purchase of 40 acres of land by Pheasants Forever, Inc. of Minnesota from John Reardon and then transfer this same property to the MN Department of Natural Resources to be included in the existing Danvers Wildlife Management Area (WMA) to improve wildlife habitat, increase public recreational opportunities, as well as provide better access and management along old County Ditch 3.
LOCATION: SW ¼ of NE 1/4.  Said described tract contains 40 acres more or less in Section 31 of T-122 N, R-40 W (Clontarf Township), Swift County, MN.
