NOTICE OF ROAD VACATION HEARING
CAMP LAKE TOWNSHIP
SWIFT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the town board of Camp Lake Township, Swift County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, the 27th day of July, 2015 at 7:00 o’clock, p.m. for the purpose of considering and acting upon a petition it has received calling for the vacation of the following described road:
A portion of township road T144, identified as 78th St. NE, commencing at a point on the north line of that parcel of land identified as Swift Count Tax Parcel 03-016-000, which point is South 6 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of 503.65 feet from a point on the north line of Government Lot Two (2)  in Section One (1), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-eight (38) 1382.3 feet west of the Northeast (NE) corner of said Government Lot Two (2); thence continuing South 6 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of 100.75 feet; thence South 18 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of 719.6 feet and there terminating
and a petition it has received calling for the alteration and designation as a minimum maintenance road of a portion of township road T144 which is described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Government Lot Two (2), Section One (1), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122) North, Range Thirty-eight West, Swift County, Minnesota; thence West, assumed bearing along the north line of said Government Lot Two (2), a distance of 1422.30 feet; thence South 06 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East 503.65 feet to a point on the north line of Document No. 213609, said point being the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing South 06 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East 100.75 feet; thence South 18 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 744.65 feet to the south line of aforesaid Government Lot Two (2); thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 43 seconds East, along said south line of Government Lot Two (2), a distance of 42.08 feet; thence North 18 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 740.48 feet; thence North 06 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West 104.84 feet to aforesaid north line of Document No. 213609; thence West, along said north line of Document No. 213609, a distance of 40.29 feet to the point of beginning
 
The hearing will begin with the examination of the road at the north end of the above described road followed by the continuation of the hearing at the Camp Lake Town Hall located at Swift Falls, Minnesota.
All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.

Lot 2; then W 1382.3 feet; then South 6 degrees 54 minutes East 503.65 feet to the point of beginning; then East 320 feet; then S 200 feet; then W 600 feet; then Northerly to the intersection with a line bearing W from the point of beginning; then E 230 feet to the point of beginning.
