NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Benson Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, May 4, 2015, in the Benson City Council Chambers, 1410 Kansas Ave. The hearing is held to take testimony either for or against the issuance of a variance at 209 – 10th St. N. to build a car port closer to the property line than the ordinance allows.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing or submit written comments to the office of the City Manager, 1410 Kansas Ave, Benson, MN 56215, prior to the hearing.

PUBLIC LAND USE ZONING CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Benson, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at noon on Monday, May 4, 2015 to consider changing the zoning classification of that part of the NE 1/4 – NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 121N, Range 39W consisting of approximately 7.75 acres and lying east of Hawleywood Fourth Addition, west of MN Hwy 29 and north of Wood Avenue. A detailed description of the subject property is available at the city office.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL
BENSON CITY COUNCIL MEETING
The Benson City Council will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2015, with the EDA Board at City Hall, 1410 Kansas Ave. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business pertaining to the Assisted Living Project.
