Notice to Eligible Voters: The annual township meeting for Clontarf Township of Swift County will be Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Clontarf Community Center, 121 Grace Ave., Clontarf starting at 6:30 p.m. All relative pertinent business. If inclement weather, postponed one week.

Notice to residents of Kildare Township. The annual meeting of the Kildare Township Board will take place Tuesday, March 10, 2015. The meeting will take place at the DeGraff City Office and commence at 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF ELECTION AND ANNUAL MEETING
The Langhei Township election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Elections are for one Supervisor ((3-yr. term) and Treasurer (2- yr. term). Voting hours are from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Langhei Township Hall. The Annual Meeting will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.. In case of inclement weather, the election will be held on March 17, same time and place.

HOFF TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF
ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Hoff Township, County of Pope, State of Minnesota that the annual election of town officers and annual town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at West Zion Church. Offices open for election are: One Supervisor - 3 year term. One Treasurer - 2 year term. The annual meeting will be from 4:00-5:00 pm. We will discuss the possibility of changing from voting in the township to mail-in ballots for the primary and general elections. Election polls will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the polls are closed and the votes are counted. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be held on March 17, 2015 at the same location and times. Please contact the Town Clerk if you have questions regarding the upcoming March township election or annual town meeting.
