McGeary ties all-around record during loss to NLS

Libby McGeary tied another school gymnastics record during a 140.1-136.65 loss to New London-Spicer, Friday night in the first meet hosted at the new Benson Athletic Center.

McGeary, who tied the floor exercise record during the team’s previous meet, won three of the four individual events and placed second in the other on the way to the 36.9 total, which ties with Sara Wilcox for the overall all-around record for Benson-KMS gymnastics.

Benson-KMS, which dropped to 3-1 for the season, has another meet scheduled at home Tuesday (yesterday) against Annandale.
