Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg shutout Benson in the battle for Swift County, 28-0, Friday, Sept. 30, at Brock Field in Benson.
In week four for KMS, Isaac Rudningen primarily used his legs to power the offense in a loss at BOLD. He completed just 1-for-12 through the air.
In week five, after a full week of practice under center, he proved what he could do with his arm. He was 7-for-13 for 194 yards and all three touchdowns. He found Jaiden Henjum twice, the first on a 13-yard strike to open the scoring and the second was an 89-yard score to go up 14-0 in the first quarter.
