Kletscher, top doubles pair advance to Section 3A semifinals

Section 3A opened the individual tournament Thursday, Oct. 13, at Huether Family Match Pointe; Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Elise Duncan and Greta Multhauf were seeded No. 1 in the Section 3A doubles tournament. The pair beat No. 16-seeded Erika Pieper and Greta Meyer of MACCRAY 6-0, 6-1 to open match play Thursday.
“Our first match was the best we’ve ever played. It was an easy match, but that was only because we played so well,” Duncan said.
