Halloween returns with hundreds of kids going door-to-door trick-or-treating

There was little concern for the COVID-19 pandemic this Halloween after last year saw fewer kids out trick or treating and fewer homes with the lights on welcoming kids to the door. As vaccination rates increase, the number of cases continues to fall.
