Gymnasts fall to strong Melrose Area team
The Benson-KMS gymnastics team lost for the first time, losing at Melrose Area, Thursday night, 145.25-132.925.
Melrose, which dropped out of BKMS’ section this year, is still one of the top Class A gymnastics programs in the state.
The Dutchmen had the top three all-around gymnasts, including Camryn Brinkman, who had an all-around total of 38.05 and won the four individual events as well.
Benson-KMS is set to host its next two meets. The Fighting Braves were set to host Paynesville, Tuesday (yesterday) and Long Prairie-GE, Monday, Jan. 27...
