Grand Forks man killed in accident on Minnesota Highway 9

Grand Forks, N.D., resident Jordan Lee Robb Kuchera, 35, died of injuries suffered in an accident at the intersection of Swift County Highway 31 and Minnesota Highway 9 Tuesday, July 18.

Kuchera was traveling south on Swift County 31 in his Volkswagen Tiguan when he failed to stop at the stop sign at Minnesota Highway 9, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.  His vehicle was struck by a Kenworth semitrailer truck driven 64-year-old Jeffrey R. King, of Spicer, who was headed west on Highway 9. King was not injured, the State Patrol reported.
