Boys golf team finishes 2nd in WCC

The Benson boys golf team placed second in the final WCC boys golf standings after placing third at a pair of meets last Wednesday in Benson.
Minnewaska Area won both meets to earn first place in the final standings, while Benson was second, BOLD was third, and Morris Area edged Melrose for fourth.
Ben Peterson led the Braves at the first meet with a 39 to place second overall, while Ryan Tolifson had a 40 to lead Benson in the second nine holes to place fifth.
