Benson girls fall to SC and Melrose

The Benson girls basketball team fell below .500 for the season with a pair of conference losses last week.  The Braves, now 3-4 overall and 2-3 in the WCC, lost to state-ranked Sauk Centre last Tuesday night, 61-41, and also lost at home to Melrose Area, Thursday, 55-42.

The Braves have a couple weeks off to prepare for their next game, Thursday, Jan. 2 at home against Clinton-GB...
