Benson girls fall to NLS and Montevideo
The Benson girls basketball team fell to 0-12 overall with a pair of losses last week to New London-Spicer (59-24) and Montevideo (55-36). The Braves, who are also 0-7 in the conference, got a team-high eight points from Danielle Himley during the loss to NLS and Himley also led the team in scoring against Montevideo with 10.
Benson has three-straight road games coming up starting with a game at Ortonville, Monday, at Atwater-CGC, Thursday (tomorrow), and at Paynesville, Monday, Jan. 30. The games against ACGC and Paynesville might provide the Braves with their best chances at picking up their first win this season....
