Benson baseball team falls to BOLD and KMS

The Benson baseball team dropped two games last week, losing 7-1 to BOLD, Thursday night in Benson, and falling 12-0 to KMS, Friday night also on Chiefs’ Field.  The Braves, who fell to 0-3 overall, were also set to play at Melrose last Tuesday, but that game was pushed back to May 17 (doubleheader in Benson) due to weather.
This week, Benson is set to play at Yellow Medicine East, Monday, host Minnewaska Area for a doubleheader, Tuesday (yesterday), and play at West Central Area, Friday.
