Minnewaska wins both titles at Benson Invitational

Minnewaska Area edged Morris Area-CA for both titles at the Benson-KMS Track and Field Invitational last Tuesday night, while the Benson-KMS girls finished third of seven schools, and the boys team was fifth of eight teams.

Winning titles for Benson-KMS were Ashley Just in the girls 1600, Kelsey Rajewsky in the shot put, Josh Bailey in the boys 1600, and the 3200 meter boys relay team of Bailey, Brady Ascheman, Jon Tostenson (pictured), and Sam Rosemeier (pictured).

The track teams have their busiest week of the season this week with another Benson Invitational, Tuesday, the NLS Little Crow Invitational, Thursday, and the Sioux Falls Invitational, Friday and Saturday...
