KMS girls fall to Ortonville, 58-56

The KMS girls basketball lost its second close game in the last week with a 58-56 non-conference loss at Ortonville, Monday night.  The Saints led 36-27 at the halftime break, but Ortonville rallied for the two-point win by outscoring KMS 31-20 in the second half.
The Saints also lost in overtime to Lac qui Parle six days earlier, 49-41, and are now 3-4 overall heading into the Windom Tourney, Dec. 29-30.  The next home game for KMS, which is 3-2 in the Camden North Conference, is set for Tuesday, Jan. 5 against Camden South leaders, Tracy Area.
