Action to Determine Adverse Claims

Roger Anderson and Betty M. Anderson,
husband and wife; and Luverne L.
Anderson and Mary E. Anderson, trustees
of the Luverne L. Anderson Family Trust
dated October 1, 1985;
                                       Plaintiffs,
  vs.            
Roy R. Anderson, deceased; Dorothy Anderson,
deceased; Family Health and Improvement Society
of Oxnard, Chapter # 21, a corporation; White
Mountain Resources, LLC; and Eugene Anderson;
and also the unknown heirs of Roy R. Anderson and
Dorothy Anderson, and  all other persons unknown
claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the
real  estate described in the Complaint herein;
                                        Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs in the above action, which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon  you, and each of you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, Judgment by default will be taken against you, and each of you, for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
    This action affects and brings into question the following described land situated in the County of Swift, State of Minnesota:
A parcel of land located in Swift County and described as follows:
The West 61 rods of the North 60 rods of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-nine (39), EXCEPTING a tract of land consisting of 3.2 acres, more or less, located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼-NW¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122), Range Thirty-nine (39), described by metes and bounds as follows:  Beginning at a point 206.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section Twenty-six (26); thence in an Easterly direction following the North Section Line for a distance of 445 feet; thence South paralleling the West Section Line for a distance of 315 feet; thence West paralleling the North Section Line for a distance of 445 feet; thence North for a distance of 315 feet to the point of beginning. Swift County, Minnesota.
The further object of this action is to obtain the Judgment and Decree of the Court that Plaintiffs, Roger Anderson and Betty M. Anderson, husband and wife, are the owners of an undivided two-thirds interest in fee  simple  absolute  of  the  property  described  above; and that Luverne L. Anderson and Mary E. Anderson, trustees of the Luverne L. Anderson Family Trust dated October 1, 1985, are the owners of an undivided one-third interest in  fee  simple  absolute  of  the  property  described  above; free  and  clear  of  any  rights  of   the Defendants, and that said Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, lien or easements in, on or over said property.
    NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
